Fox Point HOA's 2025 Annual Meeting will be held Sunday, December 7, 2025, at 2:00PM, and owners will have the option to attend in person at the clubhouse, or online via Zoom (joining information below). Meeting sign-in will begin at 1:30PM.
At this meeting, the yearly Board Election will also take place; (2) candidates have submitted completed Nominating Petitions indicating their willingness to run for one of the (3) available Board seats. Write-in candidates and floor nominations will also be accepted. Immediately following adjournment, the Board will hold an additional separate meeting to determine officer positions for 2026.
It is important to note that this year’s meeting agenda will include a topic for an anti-trespassing initiative that the Board has discussed during their recent monthly meetings. The purpose of this will be to provide owners with an opportunity to learn about what the Board is considering and participate in an open-forum dialogue on the subject.
Please review the documents linked below for all information pertaining to the Annual Meeting and Election. This year, the Board has adopted a more “paperless” approach, electing to publish these documents electronically versus the usual packet sent to your mailbox. Be advised that you must be signed into the Community Portal in order to view and download the linked documents.
We strongly encourage all owners to attend the Annual Meeting, as it is the most important meeting of the year for the HOA. If you cannot attend either in person or via Zoom, we ask that you please submit your proxy form for the purpose of meeting quorum.
