2026 Fox Point Assessment & Budget

At their meeting on November 12, 2025, the Fox Point Board of Directors approved the Association’s 2026 Budget. We invite all owners to review the approved budget and budget narrative which can be accessed via the links below. This year, the Board has adopted a more “paperless” approach, electing to publish these documents electronically versus the usual packet sent to your mailbox. Be advised that you will need to be signed into the Community Portal in order to view and download the linked documents.

In combination with approval of the budget, the Board also approved the next year’s assessment amount and is happy to report that dues will not be increasing in 2026. The quarterly payment amount will remain at $215.00 ($860.00 per year) and payments will be due January 1, April 1, July 1, and October 1.

2026 payment coupon booklets will be mailed out soon. It is also important to note that you can submit your payment without having yet received your coupon booklet. Please see below for all options available to pay your assessments.

 

Option 1: Automatic Withdrawal

  • See section titled “Automatic Withdrawal” and fill out the required form.
  • Allow up to 15 business days for set up.

 

Option #2: Online via Property Pay (One-Time Payment)

  • You will need your account number to pay online. If you do not have your account number, please contact the General Manager.
  • When making your payment, you will need to manually enter the payment amount.
  • A processing fee will apply.

 

Option #3: Mail a Check 

  • Allow 7-10 business days for mailing and processing
  • Check should be made out to Fox Point HOA
  • Either mail with payment coupon or include your Fox Point assessment account number in the check's memo line

  • If you have an arrangement with your bank's bill pay service for your payments, please make sure they have the most current information in regard to the payment mailing address, payment due date and payment amount.
