A Message From the Fox Point Board President

Good afternoon all,

I can't believe it's Christmas already. This year has just seemed to fly by. It's been the best year ever for Fox Point.

I have to say a special thanks to the volunteers and residents who help make Fox Point such a great community to live in. The Social Committee put together so many fun events for people of all ages to participate in this year. The swim team, with 130 swimmers by the way, went undefeated and won the division championship.

All our facilities were well-utilized, including the soccer fields, baseball field, pickleball courts, tennis courts, pool, and playground.

The decorations for Halloween this year were over-the-top amazing, and the Christmas decorations I've seen so far are absolutely beautiful. Take some time, especially if you have kids, and ride around one evening to look at all the lights and decorations. Special thanks from me to those of you who put forth extra effort to make your houses look so attractive.

I would also like to thank our property manager, Laura, for her hard work and dedication in making Fox Point a better place to live. Her attention to detail and efforts to monitor curb appeal in our neighborhood helps keep the community looking tight. For those of you who have gotten your yards cleaned up and leaves removed, thank you. For those of you who still have a little left to do, please help us out.

Finally, I would like to thank our contractors and vendors that have consistently provided quick and high-quality service for the neighborhood, for things such as landscaping, electrical work, pool management, HVAC, plumbing, and more. Most of these businesses have worked with our community for many years, and we continue to be grateful for those very valuable working relationships.

I want to wish everybody a Merry Christmas, and a safe and happy holiday season. I can't wait to see what great things are to come next year in our community.
