The Fox Point HOA Board of Directors will be hosting a community town hall meeting on Wednesday, March 4, 2026, at 7:00PM at the Fox Point Clubhouse. The topic of discussion will be the trespassing initiative that the Board has recently considered implementing in partnership with local law enforcement. Lt. Col. Delbert Myrick from the Spotsylvania County Sheriff’s Office will join us for the meeting to be available for Q&A.
This town hall is a follow-up on the trespassing initiative discussion from recent Board of Directors meetings and HOA Annual Meeting to solicit questions, concerns, and feedback on the new protocol. This initiative will authorize local law enforcement to come onto HOA common property and enforce trespassing ordinances on the HOA’s behalf. Following several incidents of vandalism, theft and other suspicious activity in the amenity areas over the past year, the initiative was recommended to the Board by local law enforcement and has been endorsed by HOA legal counsel.
