This is a friendly reminder that 2nd quarter HOA assessment payments are due this Wednesday, April 1, 2026, in the amount of $215.00. If you have already made or set up your payment, please disregard this email.
Information on all available payment options can be found below. If you have questions or concerns regarding these options or your current balance due, please reach out to the General Manager.
Pay with Property Pay

- You will need your account number to pay online. If you do not have your account number, please contact the General Manager or log in to the homeowner portal.
Mail a Check (allow 7-10 business days for mailing/processing)
- PLEASE NOTE: This option will not guarantee an on-time payment for 4/1 (if mailed today). When making your payments via check, please mail 7-10 days in advance of the due date.
- Check should be made out to Fox Point HOA
- Either mail with payment coupon or include your Fox Point assessment account number in the check’s memo line

- If you have an arrangement with your bank’s bill pay service for your payments, please make sure they have the most current information in regard to the payment mailing address, payment due date and payment amount.
Pay with Cardinal Management Automatic Withdrawal (allow 15 days for setup)
- PLEASE NOTE: This option will not guarantee an on-time payment for 4/1 (unless you are already signed up). If you are not yet signed up for auto-pay and are interested in doing so, please do so to cover future payments only).

The quarterly payment due dates each year are: 1/1, 4/1, 7/1, & 10/1.
