This is a reminder that Fox Point HOA will be discontinuing paper coupon booklets for assessment payments effective January 1, 2027. There will be no change to the available payment methods. Click here to view instructions and information for all available payment options.
If you haven’t already, we strongly recommend considering a transition to electronic payments before January 1. Electronic payments are not required; homeowners are still welcome to pay via check, however, electronic payments are recommended to ensure both an on-time payment and a convenient, hassle-free payment process. If you still plan to pay via check, please see the new instructions for this method included in the document linked above.
