Summer is on the way, and the pool will be opening before you know it!
Below you will find everything you need to know for 2026 Amenities/Pool Passes. For the second year in a row, we will continue using the online pass management system, Access Granted, to ensure an easy and convenient process for all residents.
Please read all of the information below carefully and in its entirety.
1. If you applied for your passes last year with Access Granted, there is no need to apply again unless your address, email, or phone number(s) have changed.
- If you chose the option for digital ePasses, your new passes will be emailed to you shortly. Each of your household members will need to download and save their new ePass to their Apple/Android wallet. Any expired ePasses from last year can be deleted.
- If you chose only physical card passes, there is no action needed.
2. If you are a new homeowner and/or have not yet applied for your passes, please submit your application using the link below to the community’s Access Granted site (click “Apply Online”). Also linked below is an instruction guide that walks you through each step of the application process. Once submitted, please allow (2) business days for approval.
3. If you applied last year but need to apply to add additional passholders to your household’s account for 2026, please do so using the Access Granted site, and enter only the information for the new passholder(s); there is no need to enter yourself or any other existing passholders. Again, please allow (2) business days for approval.
4. If you applied last year and need to replace your physical card pass(es), you may do so via the Access Granted site (click “Purchase Replacement Pass”). Replacement cards are $5.00 each.
Ø 5. GUEST PASSES: All households will be automatically allotted the usual (10) free guest passes for the year.
- If you need more, you can visit the Access Granted site to purchase an additional (10) guest passes for $20.00 (click “Purchase Guest Passes”).
- Any remaining guest passes from last year that were not used will roll over to this year.
- We will continue honoring old guest pass punch cards from 2024 and prior. You can present punch cards at check-in as usual, or you can also redeem digitally to your Access Granted account at the HOA Office.
- If you would like to track your guest pass usage, the traditional punch cards are now back by popular demand for 2026!
- Punch cards will be made available again at the HOA Office for any residents that prefer this method for their guest passes, though they are not required.
- If at any point you need to purchase additional guest passes, just make sure you stop by the HOA Office again to get a new punch card.
Ø 6. Same as last year, you do not need to visit the HOA Office to apply for/receive your 2026 Amenities/Pool Passes. However, the below office hours will be set aside each week leading up to pool season for residents to receive assistance troubleshooting and/or to ask specific questions not answered within the information above.
- Amenities/Pool Pass Help Office Hours (May 7-May 21):
Tuesdays: 5:00PM-7:00PM
Thursdays: 11:00AM-1:00PM
- PLEASE NOTE: These office hours will be for specific needs or questions only – the General Manager will not be able to assist with completing and submitting your application for you.
Ø 7. Finally, as we get further into the warm season, we strongly encourage all homeowners to review the Fox Point Amenities Rules & Regulations to ensure awareness of all expectations for making use of the pool and other amenities. The rules specific to use of the pool can be found in Section II (“Pool, Deck, & Pool House”). These standards help guarantee that all Fox Point residents and guests can enjoy the facilities both fully and safely.
We are thrilled to kick off yet another FANTASTIC pool season at Fox Point. The pool will open on Saturday, May 23, 2026!
