Good evening resident(s),
We would like to thank all homeowners that attended the 2025 Fox Point Annual Meeting this past Sunday, and to those that submitted their proxy forms to help us achieve quorum.
At the meeting, (2) owners were elected to serve on the Board beginning January 1, 2026 — Bootsie Howard, the current Board President, and Matt Ellia, currently serving on the Finance Committee. Mr. Ellia has also served on the Fox Point Board in previous years. Both members will serve a 3-year term (2026-2028).
Following the Annual Meeting, an additional Organizational Meeting was held to decide officer positions for 2026. Please see below for the updated Board of Directors roster.
