Dear Homeowner(s),
At their meeting on June 9, 2026, the Fox Point HOA Board approved a transition away from paper coupon booklets for assessment payments, effective January 1, 2027. This change reflects the Association’s continued efforts to improve efficiency, reduce administrative costs, and encourage the use of more secure and modern payment methods.
For many years, coupon booklets have been used as a manual tracking tool for quarterly assessment payments. However, with the increasing use of online and automated payment systems, physical coupon booklets have become less practical. Coupon booklets are also susceptible to mail delays, misplacement, and manual processing issues that may result in payment delays or posting errors.
Why the Change?
This decision was made to:
• Reduce printing and mailing expenses
• Minimize administrative processing time
• Support safer, more efficient payment methods
• Encourage use of digital tools already available to residents
What’s Next?
Beginning in August, Cardinal Management Group will begin notifying homeowners and providing additional information regarding available electronic payment methods and updated payment instructions.
Homeowners who need assistance setting up ACH payments, Property Pay accounts, or updating account information may contact the Cardinal Management Group Accounting Department directly for assistance.
We encourage homeowners to begin planning now and consider transitioning to electronic payment methods prior to the January 1 transition date. Please note that while electronic payments are encouraged for convenience, they are not required.Homeowners may continue mailing checks provided the account number is clearly written on the payment.
As Fox Point HOA primarily communicates electronically, homeowners are encouraged to ensure their email address and contact information remain updated with Management.
We appreciate the community’s cooperation to ensure a smooth transition and continued cost savings for the Association.
Thank you for your attention and continued support. If you have any questions, please reach out to the General Manager directly at (540) 891-1058 or via email at laura.lino@cardinalmanagementgroup.com.
