Fox Point Residents,
The Document Review Committee (DRC) will meet on October 17th at 7 pm in the Clubhouse. The focus of this meeting will be to review and discuss the proposed changes and updates to the Fox Point Enforcement Policy. Specifically, these changes and updates deal with the administrative costs of letters sent to homeowners for architectural guideline violations. We will not be addressing individual grievances as those should be expressed to the FSR Property Manager, Kenya Cooper, for resolution.
